Kory joins Riderflex with over 10 years experience in business management & customer relations, in addition to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting. The experience he's gained through his personal horticulture & service industry startups continue to infuse all his work with practicality & discernment.

Kory has supported diverse industries ranging from manufacturing to horticulture, engineering to heavy industrial, and medical devices to oil & gas. He believes his talent at creating mutually beneficial relationships has helped him create a successful career in the recruitment world, and is a fundamental value that infuses all aspects of life.

With a degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University, Kory thrives on designing & crafting something from nothing, and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty.

When not working, Kory is off the grid, miles from any cell tower fishing, hiking, biking or camping with his gorgeous and brilliant wife and their three kids.
