Chasity comes to Riderflex with over fifteen years of recruiting and resource management experience. Ten of those years have been specific to the IT industry. Her expertise is in collaborating with senior leadership teams to create solid recruiting plans for their business units and territories. Chasity’s communication and ability to counsel clients through every recruiting project is priceless.

Chasity has always remained hands with every client while recruiting in all functions and professions. She has been exceptional at growing a matrix of high-level candidates. Chasity considers herself a results-driven professional who loves matching great candidates with corporate needs. In her spare time Chasity loves spending time with her family and huskies exploring the outdoors and always up for a scuba dive in the islands.
